Shipping policy

Every CARE Projects part is made to order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting; your order goes into the print queue when it comes in.

Processing time
Standard parts ship within 5 to 7 business days of your order. Custom builds take longer, and I'll give you a timeline when we agree on the quote. If anything pushes your order past that window, I'll email you before the shipping date passes.

Shipping
Orders ship from Southern California via USPS or UPS. Domestic shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days after your part leaves the PIT. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

International
I'm shipping within the United States only for now. International shipping is coming; join the email list to hear when it opens up.

Damaged in transit
If your part arrives damaged, email me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and I'll send a replacement. No need to send the damaged one back.
